About Peptide Tables
Peptide Tables exists because of a spreadsheet problem: reconstitution math is simple division, yet dosing mistakes are one of the most common questions in every research-peptide community. One person mixes 5 mg with 2 mL and doses in “units,” another mixes the same vial with 3 mL — and the same syringe mark now means a completely different dose. This site does one job: turn vial size, water volume and target dose into an exact insulin-syringe reading, every time, with the math shown.
How the numbers are made
The calculator uses the standard reconstitution formula: concentration = peptide mass ÷ diluent volume, and dose volume = target dose ÷ concentration, converted to U-100 insulin syringe units (1 mL = 100 units). There is no estimation involved — it's arithmetic, and the intermediate steps are displayed so you can check them by hand.
The per-peptide reference values (typical vial sizes, commonly studied dose ranges, frequency patterns) are compiled from published research protocols, clinical trial documentation where it exists (e.g. semaglutide and tirzepatide prescribing information), and consistently reported community practice where formal trials don't exist. Where a compound has no human clinical data, the page says so. Values are reviewed and updated periodically; every page shows its last-updated date.
What we won't tell you
We do not tell you what to take, sell anything, link to vendors, or accept sponsorships from peptide sellers. Typical ranges are descriptive (“what published protocols used”), never prescriptive (“what you should take”). Most compounds referenced here are research chemicals not approved for human use — the site's job is to make the math accurate for people who have already made their own decisions with their own healthcare providers.

Peptide Tables is built and maintained by US App Studio, a small independent software studio that builds calculators and reference tools. We're developers who obsess over data accuracy, not medical professionals — which is exactly why the site sticks to math and cited reference values and repeats, on every page, that nothing here is medical advice.
