Verdict: Pentadeca Arginate is the same 15-amino-acid sequence as BPC-157 delivered as an arginate salt — it exists primarily because US compounding pharmacies needed a version they could keep offering after the FDA moved BPC-157 onto its bulk-substances difficulty list in 2023. Functionally, community reports and vendor positioning treat them as interchangeable, with identical dosing. If you have legitimate access to one and not the other, that's the deciding factor; there is no evidence either direction that one outperforms.

Chemistry: salt form, same peptide
The active sequence (GEPPPGKPADDAGLV) is unchanged. The arginate salt form claims improved stability in solution; no published head-to-head data verifies a biological difference in humans or animals. Treat stability claims as plausible manufacturing advantages, not therapeutic ones.
Dosing carries over 1:1
Every commonly cited BPC-157 protocol — 250–500 mcg, once or twice daily, subcutaneous — is used identically for PDA. Reconstitution math is also identical: a 5 mg vial with 2 ml bacteriostatic water gives 250 mcg per 10 units on an insulin syringe for either compound.
Why the market split exists
This is a regulatory fork, not a scientific one. Clinics and compounders in the US largely switched to PDA labeling; international research vendors still sell BPC-157. If you see both offered by the same vendor at different prices, you are looking at marketing, not pharmacology.
Can you stack them?
Use one or the other, not both — they are the same molecule for practical purposes. Either pairs with TB-500 or KPV in the standard healing and gut stacks.
