What Is CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin Blend?

Also known as: CJC/Ipa 5mg/5mg, GH blend

A CJC-1295/ipamorelin blend is a single lyophilized vial containing both peptides — most commonly 5 mg of each in a 10 mg vial. It exists because the two are almost always used together: CJC-1295 (no DAC, a GHRH analog) amplifies the growth hormone pulse that ipamorelin (a ghrelin-receptor agonist) triggers.

The blend fixes the ratio at 1:1, which sits inside the common 1:1 to 1:3 range people use when dosing the peptides separately, and cuts a two-vial routine to one reconstitution and one draw.

What is CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin Blend studied for?

Side effects & safety

Same as the components: flushing, headache, transient water retention, injection-site irritation, and hunger from ipamorelin in some users. Blend dosing errors (forgetting that a 500 mcg blend dose is 250 mcg of each) are the main practical risk.

Legal & approval status

Neither component is an approved drug; blends are sold as research material. Both are prohibited by WADA.

Typical dosing at a glance

Commonly reported protocols use 200 mcg600 mcg, 1–2x daily, before bed, via subcutaneous injection. For the mixing math — how much bacteriostatic water, exact syringe units, doses per vial — see the CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin Blend reconstitution calculator →
