NAD+ + Glutathione
The pairing every IV lounge sells, moved to subcutaneous home injections. NAD+ restores the coenzyme that mitochondria and DNA-repair enzymes consume; glutathione replenishes the antioxidant that clears the oxidative by-products of that increased metabolic activity. They are complementary rather than synergistic — one raises energy production, the other cleans up after it — and both are dosed in milligrams, not micrograms.

How the protocol is typically run
- →NAD+: 50–100 mg subcutaneous, 1–3× weekly. Inject slowly — NAD+ stings and injecting fast causes flushing, chest tightness and nausea; 100 mg over several minutes is far better tolerated than a quick push.
- →Glutathione: 200 mg (commonly up to 600 mg in aesthetic protocols), 1–3× weekly, on the same or alternating days.
- →Separate syringes: the two are not mixed in one draw. Glutathione oxidizes easily; keep it refrigerated, protected from light, and use within 2–4 weeks of reconstitution.
- →Volumes are large by peptide standards (0.5–1 ml+). Rotate injection sites across the abdomen and thighs and use a 1 ml syringe rather than a 0.3 ml.
- →Structure: many protocols run a 4–8 week 'loading' phase at 2–3× weekly, then drop to weekly maintenance.
Cautions
Both are generally well tolerated, but NAD+ reactions during fast injection are real and alarming if unexpected. Neither is an approved drug for longevity indications, and long-term benefit in healthy adults is unproven — the evidence base is mechanistic and observational.
